Hello! I’m Kate Ares. I am a registered nurse, nurse trainer and mother. My husband, Nate, and I have two daughters, Elora and Olive, a son, Bowman, and our first baby, a German Shepard, Willow. Throughout my life and career, I have found that I am passionate about helping people build self-confidence through self-confidence, discipline and curiosity.
