William Davis, MD, cardiologist and #1 New York Times bestselling author Wheat belly series of books, Without a doctor and, more recently, Super Gut: A four-week plan to reprogram your microbiome, Restore health and lose weight which maps the damage that has been done to the modern human microbiome and the specific steps that can be taken to restore it to maximum benefit.

A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Davis received advanced training in cardiovascular disease and interventional procedures at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals. He lives in the suburbs of Chicago.
