Joel Greene is its author The way: Immunity Code Diet and The Immunity Code, the first master of the gut health protocol and the original biohacker using the insulin hormone family and the immune system to create lasting health. In 2007, Joel published the first public article on the microbiome and its relationship to weight loss, making a name for himself in the wellness space. By 2009, he had created the first gut health-based nutrition system to help people lose weight and feel better, called the VEEP Nutrition System, and it was being used by major cities such as Phoenix and Houston, as well as large companies, such as Technicolor. and a large hospital chain. This proprietary system was also presented to Dr. Phil. By 2013, before any of today’s gut health gurus existed, there were over 16,000 research results targeting the microbiome for health and weight. Joel’s work has also been featured in many well-known media outlets such as Muscle and Fitness, CBS online, 24 Hour Fitness Digital Magazine, among others. In late 2019, he published The Immunity Code, widely regarded as one of the most important health books of this decade. The book started many biohacking practices that trend into the mainstream health and biohacking narrative today, such as mouth taping, targeting Akkermansia for gut health, HMO’s, no warm-up, microdosing exercise, using supplements like berberine and apigenin, and many other biohacks.

Joel has been featured on top podcasts such as Ben Greenfield, The Mark Bell Power Project, The Minimalists and more, for his deep research and unique discoveries known for optimizing health. Joel’s new book, The Way: The Immunity Code Diet, introduces a whole new dietary framework for achieving real and lasting health and finally puts an end to the nutritional confusion of this age.
