Hi friends! Good Friday! What are you going to this weekend? It’s a Rodeo break (it’s a thing az and I like it), so kids are out of school. We just enjoy some Tucson adventures, fun with friends and enjoy this opening and time. Sending some sunshine to my freezing friends right now!
Make a round of Detox equilife now And I feel amazing. I designed to start with our community in January, but everyone else in the house got cold/virus, so I stopped after a day. I needed to shift my focus to immunity and was able to stay healthy while taking care of everyone else.
Now that the retirement is over and things are a little calmer, it was a good opportunity to spend 14 days. You can read more about previous detox experiences here. This focuses on high nutrients and many fresh, whole foods, so it is quite easy to stick with. (It is worth mentioning here that I skip fasting days.)

Fashion + Beauty + Random:
Beefsteak! This is one of our favorite local events and chapters support veterans and military families. They have a live auction (auctioning a Tesla this year, which was quite cool!) And a silent auction, a delicious dinner (the seafood area this year was amaaaazing), drinks. and dance. I always love an opportunity to dress up and take it with pilot and friends.
