Feeling stuck on your fitness journey? Don’t worry, you are not alone! For years I would start the year really strong and then hit a wall a few weeks later, but not anymore. I thought about what REALLY works to overcome these fitness levels and it’s very easy if you have the right plan.
Tip 1: Find your people
Motivation and support is the number one reason people feel stuck on their fitness journeys. Finding the right people to support you on this journey is vital to achieving your goals. i created it Teamlsf community because I didn’t have a core group of people supporting me when I went on my journey to lose 45 pounds.

Tip 2: Mix up your workouts
One of the most common reasons for reaching a fitness plateau is doing the same workouts over and over again. Your body gets used to the routine and progress slows down. To overcome this, try mixing up your workouts! My MOVE app includes completely different types of workouts that will keep exercising fun and exciting!
Tip 3: Set new goals
Setting new goals is a great way to overcome a fitness plateau. When you have a clear goal in mind, you will be motivated to push yourself harder and go the extra mile. Whether you’re running a marathon, lifting heavier weights, or mastering the burpee, setting new goals will give you something to strive for and keep you focused on your fitness journey.
Tip 4: Track your progress
Tracking your progress is essential to overcoming fitness plateaus. It allows you to see how far you’ve come and identify areas where you can improve. Use mine MOVE app to record your workouts, track your metrics and monitor your progress. Seeing your progress can be incredibly motivating and help you stay on track!
Tip 5: Take care of your body
Finally, don’t forget to take care of your body. Rest and recovery are just as important as your workouts. Make sure you get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and lather up every week. Listen to your body and give it the rest it needs. Taking care of your body will help you avoid burnout and keep you energized for your workouts.
So if you’re feeling stuck on your fitness journey, don’t give up! Use these tips to overcome your plateau and continue to make progress towards your goals in 2024. Remember, progress may be slow, but as long as you stay consistent and motivated, you will succeed!
