5 tips to stay on track with your goals

As we enter week 4 of the Spring Slim Down Challenge, it is important to remain motivated and focus on your goals so that you do not get out of the piece or abandon! Summer is just around the corner, so let’s remain consistent!

5 tips to help you stay in orbit and motivation:

1. Targets check in

If you made goals for yourself at the beginning of SSD, repeat them and make sure you are focused on achieving them! You can always update them to fit better with your desires and needs, but keep them.

Whether it loses a certain weight or improve your endurance, make sure your goals are realistic and feasible in the time of the rest of the challenge.

2. Stay consistently

Consistency is the key when we are going to see results. Make sure you get stuck in the training program and the meal plan, even in the days when you don’t feel like this. Remember, every little effort is added to great progress in the long run.

Summer is just around the corner and you will thank yourself for moving your body even when you don’t want to put on a tropical beach?)

3. Accounting Group check in

Holding a support system can make a world of difference during a gym. Whether it’s a training friend, a friend who shares your goals, or the SSD accounting team, be sure to check in with them as we are in the middle of Slim Down Spring!

4. Mix your workouts

Keep things interesting by tasting different types of workouts in the travel app throughout the challenge. This not only prevents boredom, but it also helps to target different muscle groups and prevent plateaus. From the heart to yoga training force, mix it to keep your body provocative.

5. Celebrate small wins

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way. Whether it hits a new staff better in your training series, sticking to your lunch plan for a week straight, or just feel more activated, take time to recognize and celebrate your little victories. This will help you keep you motivated and focus on your final goal.

Remember, Spring Slim Down Challenge is a journey, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay positive and most importantly, don’t give up. You have that!
