We are officially on week 4 of ChallengeAnd if you feel your motivation faded or you are not as launched as you were in week 1, that’s okay!
It is common for motivations to fade, but it is so important to get over it that you can continue to crush your goals. This is where real transformation It happens, not only in your body, but in your mentality.
Here are tips on how to restore your mindset so you can complete strong these last weeks!
1. Put the “all or noting” mentality
Lost a workout? Did I eat something not in your plan? Skip your steps one day?
Ok. Things happen. You’re a human being.
This challenge is not to be perfect. It is about building consistency and appearance again and again, even after a setback. One day away does not negate all your progress. The interruption is doing. Leave the guilt and keep going.
2. Focus on non -scale non -wins
Scale is only a (very small) measure of success. What else has shifted?
-
Are your energy levels higher?
-
Do you sleep better?
-
Are your wishes easier?
-
Have you stuck to your goals more than ever?
These wins are important. In fact, it matters more. Start watching the progress you feel, not just what you see.
3. Re -examine “Why”
You started this challenge for a reason. Maybe you were to feel more confident. To enhance your energy. To finally stick with a plan.
Take a few minutes today re -reconnect with why. Write it. Say it loudly. Put it in a sticky note and place it somewhere you will see for the rest of this challenge. When the motivation is fading, because it is what keeps you.
4. Shift from the result to identity
Instead of saying “I want to lose weight”, say “I’m someone who gives priority to her health”.
Instead of “I want to be appropriate”, say “I’m the kind of woman who doesn’t stop for herself.”
Shifting your focus from what you want to what you become is strong. It makes your daily habits feel more like who you are instead of what you do.
5. Celebrate how far you have come
You have reached week 4. This is a big deal. Most people don’t even take the step and start. But you did it. You showed up. And you still show.
Take a moment and be proud of it. Then use it as proof that you can complete this challenge stronger than you started.
Are you ready for your reset?
Let this be your time to reset, redefine and Continue to push forward. You have come too far to stop now. Let’s finish these last weeks with intent, strength and trust.
You got that.
