Hi friends! Good Friday! What is happening this weekend? We are headed at Phoenix for a concert, P has a B-Ball Scrimmage, we have NCL meetings and our weekly dinner with FAM-Imagine for the whole week. I would love to hear what you have happened!
(The monsoon era was a bust, but at least we had some beautiful rainbows)
We are still trying to find school/homeschool/airline/work here and our daily timetables have changed a ton of last year. LIV has been a competitive dance for many years and is the first year of taking a break. He will play some school sports instead, and I am excited to find something new he enjoys. I definitely miss the dance world, but I don’t miss driving two hours every night between falls and pick-ups in the studio. 😉 It has more time to work for work and relax at night, and I was able to cook almost every night.
(Gluten -free chicken with roasted broccoli. I will soon do a Roundup with new recipes I have tried that have succeeded)
I prefer to cook at home because you can control the ingredients and sometimes I am frustrated by the taste, quality and cost of restaurant food. If we did not prepare and plan in advance, we would have often pulled a quick take -off at home from dance and basketball. We spent a lot, many times it was meh or gross, and I definitely feel that food at home was easier with this timetable.
Some exciting things that come to the horizon:
– It’s not one but two huge launches on Monday. Two of my favorite brands of all time start things Amaaaaazing and of course I will spread the word here on Monday morning!
– A trip to San Diego. Counting for our time with Kleiger Fam and some vitamin sea
– P Start of the Farm School. It’s a day each week and takes the pipes, help with animals and make art on the farm with some other Homeschool kids and is very excited about it. More of our home plans are here.

Gym, health and good food:
The girls and I got a big Trufru bag at Costco last weekend and it’s already gone. It’s the perfect sweet sting.
Also, Siete Chamoy is elite. I’m so selective about Chamoy, especially, since some friends make their own from scratch (Storebought Stuff can’t touch it), but the Siete version was amazingly good. It has large ingredients, it is a bit thin, but the taste is excellent.
Fun of non -alcoholic beverages.
