For first use. you will need to remove the protective cap before application.
Then twist the product with a touch and apply directly to the face or to a brush and then to the skin for a more subtle finish.
If you apply directly to the skin from the stick, make sure you blend it right away, as once it dries, you won’t be able to blend it.

My review of the Milk Makeup Cooling Water Jelly Tint launch
These new Milk Cheek and Lip Stains are super playful and fun and I can see why they’re getting a lot of attention.
The shades are really pretty and from what I can see from the US Milk website, so far the most popular shade in the US is Burst, which is pink. From what I hear online in the UK, the coral shade Spritz could be the most popular over here.
Shades aside, the texture of the Milk Makeup Cooling Water Jelly Tint is obviously the most interesting thing about this new launch. They have the most fun, real jelly feel, and it looks so much like real jelly that they put a warning on the website that the products are not edible! That’s probably tongue-in-cheek, because even though Milk has a younger audience, I wouldn’t expect anyone to actually try and eat it (except maybe for an attempted viral TikTok video!).
The gel texture feels really watery and cool on the skin, and the color goes on really easily for instant color payoff. A word of caution: this formula dries super fast so be sure to blend right away.
It’s a nice long lasting formula as it’s more of a stain than a traditional blush. This makes it nice on the lips too, and I’d suggest applying it to the lips and then adding a balm or gloss on top for extra hydration and shine.
If you’re reapplying on the go, I’d definitely recommend using a brush to blend, otherwise you could end up with stained fingertips. The stain mostly disappears with a wipe or a wash, but that won’t be very convenient when you’re out and about.
