Rare Beauty has launched a new blush called the Light blush soft Pinch ($26 each at Sephora) and they are so pretty. They are shimmery blushes with the softest silky texture I have ever felt. I bought 4 of these to try but ordered the other 2 (they come in the mail).
- Cheer is a soft pink
- Happy is a cool pink
- Joy is a soft peach
- Hope is an iridescent rose
I shared a Reel applying these last week. I really like these on their own or layered over a cream blush, but I want to preface this by saying that I love a good shimmer in blushes. I was discussing these with a friend last week and her first question was “does it highlight resource status?” and my answer is “yes it can, but it doesn’t emphasize the pores as much as some powder highlighters I have (like the ones from Hermes, Becca or Benefit)”.
The texture is super smooth and the glitters are REAL! These feel really light as if there is nothing on the skin. They have a beautiful finish and the shimmer is very soft and shiny without being cakey. This makes me want to try it Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighters although I’m pretty stocked up on everything I got from the Sephora sale.

If you have a lot of texture and large pores, I think this could highlight it. I don’t have perfect skin but I don’t have large pores (except my nose area). These went smoothly for me and I had no issues. If you are conservative with shimmer in your blushes then I would recommend this Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic which have a finer sheen to them.

I really like these. I think the colors are fun, with a youthful look but not too trendy. I’m 42 for a few more weeks and I think these are wearable for any age. The only downside is that they seem a bit delicate/fragile.
