Buuuuuut IMHO calling it a skin tone is a stretch. When I think of skin tones, I think of sheer, shimmery, barely there finish, and I don’t get that vibe from this product at all.
As someone who has spent quite a bit of the last couple of years wearing shades and moisturizers, seeing this on my skin was kind of shocking. On my combination oily and dry face, 24H Skin Tint feels more like a medium to full coverage matte foundation.
Not to say it doesn’t have good stuff. It’s HELLA long lasting and requires absolutely no tricks to stick, even when it’s hot outside. I can even opt out of setting powder if I want, which is cool. It also dries pretty quickly.
Oh, and the wide range of shades and the fact that it’s easy to find? Definitely a plus. By the way, I’m wearing the shade 312, which is a warm medium tan with strong yellow undertones.
Ultimately though, it’s more coverage than I’m used to wearing, and if I overdo it even a little bit with the product, it starts to look heavy and my pores look too heavy. I only feel comfortable wearing it when it’s very clean, like in these photos.
If you like a matte finish liquid foundation with medium to full coverage similar to MAC Studio Fix Fluid, 24 Hour could be a good fit. Or, if you’re looking for a long-wearing liquid that you could possibly wear even without powder, it might rock your boat.
I bought a bottle at CVS for $18.50. Kind of pricey for a drugstore foundation, but everything seems expensive these days, y’all!

PS TGIF! I’m so glad we’re at the end of the week. Was it just me or was it an unusually long week?
Connor’s dance competition season officially begins with a meow. I’m taking her to a family dance party tonight at the studio with her new dance group, which should be fun.
I hope the parents will get on the dance floor and dance, LOL! It will give me an excuse to enter some steps. 😀
