Kim’s Story:
“When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn’t in a good place because I’d stopped working out and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done a lot of LSF challenges in the past, but I’d been off working out for a while and wasn’t feeling my best mentally or physically.”
“When I saw that Summer Shape up was starting, I decided that I would start over and make a new healthy routine of working out and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine, but as soon as I I did The first week it got easier thanks to the Move app, the Hot Body Meal Plan and the amazing LSF community that helped motivate me now to work out every morning and it’s made such a difference to my mental health Exercising helps me so much.”
“I’ve come so far and I’m making healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week which is all that matters to me. I’ve lost 7 pounds on this challenge, but I also have a win without a scale because my clothes that were once tight they don’t fit at all I have gone from a size medium to a small which makes me feel better not only physically but also mentally Teamlsf because I know they’re what keep me going during the challenges and beyond.”

“I still struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle when my routine at home is disrupted. This year has been a real eye opener for me. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been this high on the scale. I was generally tired and sluggish.”
“These past 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do so much more than I think I can. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan on checking in and doing the app workouts moving forward. The support from LSF team and the community is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from a gym, training class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspired me everyday to show up for myself. I love that we’re like a little online family.”

Jessie’s History:
“This was my first time doing any kind of sweat love workout/challenge. I joined the MOVE app a week before the challenge and was blown away by how hard but fun the workouts were. I had also purchased the hot body nutrition plan and the 14 days [shape up] a long time ago, like years ago, and I had never followed them. But I decided to give them a go this time and was blown away by how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I love how you offer easy carb and fat swaps and how realistic the meal plan is. I’m still making meals with my husband at night, but also sticking to my goals.”
“I joined target gang about halfway through the challenge and I feel like that’s what launched me into the community a little more. The girls in there are very motivated. It’s also really refreshing to see you, Kateinteracting with us and providing Lil with information along the way. I like the motivation and going deeper than the workouts and meal plan. I think that’s really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been a part of over the years.”
“I just feel like for the first time in two years since I had my son, I’ve found a way to find time for myself, to reclaim my body, to reclaim my mental clarity, and to have fun taking care of myself again. . I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and postpartum weight I had gained from the three years of not really taking care of myself, but as I started working out and following the diet plan I did. The weight started coming off effortlessly. The meal plan is a game changer – the meals make sense nutritionally, but are also so satisfying and I’ve never felt like I’ve been opened to a whole new way of living, as silly as that sounds. And I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I pour that energy into my family, I feel like a better wife, and I feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

In each challenge we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

“Not only am I struggling with stress from exhaustion and long distance, but I’m also physically single right now. Without the help lsf groupI might have stopped working out.”
“Although I didn’t lose a lot of weight on this challenge, I gained strength, muscle, and the ability to eat well and train through tough challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat right without restricting the foods I love to eat and without give up my sweetie I learned that patience is key and not to compare myself to anyone who I think might look better than me or compare to my old body.
“This challenge taught me that it’s okay to tweak things when the going gets tough, but to always remember the ‘why’ I’m doing so I don’t give up and get out of the routine. I wouldn’t say I do. I lost my love handles like I wanted, but I gained muscle in my butt and toned my arms…which was one of my other goals that I had for 2+ years.”
“I was using the 14-day LSF regimen and HBMP while doing this challenge. I even brought my meals on vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger but keep my goals subtle. during this challenge I discovered my love for wing woman and now I can’t stop drinking it everyday, not only has it helped my immune system but it’s my favorite morning drink that I can’t go a day without.
