Hello friends! Happy Friday! What’s happening this weekend? We have a new baby in the family! I’m so excited for Trevor and Danielle, and of course I can’t wait to start these baby meals. Baby excitement aside, we have a lot going on this weekend. Liv gets her choreography solo, P has a basketball game, it’s the fall festival, Liv and I have a National Charity League event, aaaand we’re meeting at the movies with some friends. Hope we can slip in the Halloween decorations too! I’d love to hear what you do.
SO pumped to announce the winner of our September giveaway. He gets a whole boatload of wellness goodies 🙂 Kudos to Jamie J.! I will be in touch with the details on how to claim your prize.
Stay tuned for our October giveaway and our annual Favorite Things giveaway coming soon as well.

Read, watch, listen:
Watch this week’s full Senate hearing here! I am so excited after this incredible event and so grateful for the strong and educated voices that spoke up. From one of my favorite online doctors, Dr. Casey Means, to Jillian Michaels, Vani Hari, and Max Lugavere, makes me hope that real change will happen here in the states. This is not a partisan issue. We all want our children to have the opportunity to live healthier lives. There is no reason why our food quality should be so poor compared to other countries. I’ll be doing a full podcast episode on my thoughts on all of this next week!
Let your kids see you slow down.
Fitness, health, life and good nutrition:
I went to San Diego last weekend to attend the Lagree Level 1 Certification Workshop at DEFINE. Not sure what I’ll do with this new information… but if anyone wants to invest in a Tucson Lagree studio, let me know! (Just kidding but not really lol.)
The best part was spending time with Betsy! We agreed, and we also had amazing food in San Diego, and I slept in their room (where I ate many episodes Emily and Paris every night. It was a brilliant treat!!)
If you’re looking for apple recipes, here you go!
Three upbeat workout playlists.
Okay, let’s go to the Fall Festival!
Have a great weekend and see you soon.
xoxo
