Westman Atelier has some beautiful holiday sets this year and I have been thoroughly enjoying them this month! I ordered three sets the day they came out and they have been really perfect for my recent travels. I used every product during my weekend trip to New York and also the past two weeks in Miami Beach.
These sets are very strange, but they have holiday sales and savings events coming up. If you haven’t bought one yet or have your eye on one of these, definitely add it to your shopping wish list for the Sephora sale!
By now, I’ve already seen all three in action on Instagram Reels, but I promised many of you samples and a review here. Here are the three sets I picked, I really like that they include some new shades:
Lip Suede Matte Lipstick Trio
I have to say that Westman Atelier wins for best holiday packaging this year. I love the different colors of pink and green tones for her limited editions this year. They are so beautiful and fun! THE Lip Suede Matte Lipstick Trio it has 3 full size lipsticks. I review the formula when the lipsticks came out earlier this year and I think the formula is great, although I still don’t know that I’d say they’re worth the steep price, but they’re really good.
Shades in this set:
- Dash it’s exclusive to the set, it’s a stunning red
- Fluffy it’s also exclusive, it’s a nude rose pink
- Je Reve it’s a nude mauve blush, it’s a bit dark on me but i think it’s a very pretty shade
I rarely wear red, but I love the one in this set. I really like dabbing lightly on the cheeks for a gentle flush. For matte, the formula is top notch. It’s smooth, super creamy and doesn’t clump. They also don’t look or feel dry, but still have a velvety finish. For the price I believe so Prada lipstick they have a better formula, but the Westman Ateliers perform well. For reference to the skintone, I wear it Vital Skin Foundation Stick in V or VI and Vital Skincare Concealer on the M3.
Petite Fete Edition
THE Petite Fete Edition is my favorite of the three sets. He has two new cheek shades in mini and a The eye wants you miniature mascara!
- Bubble Baby Cheeks Blush Stick it’s a cool toned pink with gold shimmer, it pulls cooler tones but the pigmentation is VERY good. It’s more pigmented than her cream babies and I can wear it on the lips too.
- Toast Lit Up Stick it’s her best yet, it’s a taupe with a hint of rose pink undertones in the shimmer, I love that on the eyes too.
The mascara isn’t the most practical because of the size, but the wand is a decent size and you can definitely line the lashes, but in general mini mascaras aren’t really my favourite. I love that you can pack it in a clutch or small case if you have limited makeup bag space.
I still think this set is worth it. Underneath, she’s wearing Bubble + Toast on her cheeks and Bubble on her lips.
Baby Cheeks Blush Stick Petite Trio
I ended up liking this year Baby Cheeks Blush Stick Petite Trio more than I expected. It has 3 existing shades but I really like the size of these and the variation was perfect for my travel. I used each shade on different days.
- Imitation is a soft beige nude, this is actually available in full size format but it is exclusive to Westman Atelier
- Petal it’s a shade that I think we’ve seen in almost every set, I think it’s very flattering that goes with almost everything
- Poppet it surprised me because it’s a VERY bright hot pink but it blends really nicely and the pigment is easy to control for a fun holiday pink

Super Loaded tinted highlights
I also wanted to add a quick look at her Super Loaded tinted highlights in two new shades. These are very cool cream highlighters. They are not as shiny as her Lighted sticksbut still have an emollient texture and finish. I know some of you are DIE HARD fans of the dewy glow. If you are you will love these. For me, I have mixed feelings. I love some of the shades and right now in cooler temps I can wear them, but most of the time they are too emollient for me in hot humid climates.
Peau de Sante not new but still exclusive to her site. This is a stunning rose gold with the most beautiful sheen. I think it’s much better than her Peau de Rose as it has some warmth to the shimmer.
Peau de Peony is also exclusive to The Westman Atelier website. Many of you expressed interest in this and I’m sorry it took me forever to post a review. Peau de Peony is a really pretty cool pink shimmer. The color itself is really amazing, but on my olive medium tan complexion it pulls a bit too frosty with the contrast and finish of the product. I would 100% wear this if it was in powder form. I have wondered if the Gucci Glow Powder Gel Highlighter in Lilac frozen it would be similar but I think Westman Atelier has more visible pink in it. (I have Gucci on my Sephora wishlist.)

I think I can make it work with a layer of powder on top to tone down the shine, but my overall impression is that it’s a bit too dewy, a bit too bright, a bit too contrasting for my skin tone at the moment. but i will keep playing with it.
Overall a lot to love from Westman Atelier. I think he created some amazing ensembles this year. I thought about her Miniature brush set it was SO amazing with the new holiday colors, but I haven’t really fallen in love with any of her full size brushes and decided to give the mini brushes a go: they seemed too small to be practical, the set didn’t come with a travel case or case to store the brushes (the box doesn’t look travel friendly) and the price seemed too steep to me.
You can find the Westman Atelier starting now. I know several of you have already ordered some, but if you’ve been on the fence, I hope these samples help!
