Westman Atelier launched it Collection of petals for spring and they are beautiful! THE Blush Stick Baby Cheeks Petal ($48) has been a staple for me and I think the monochromatic combination of lips, highlighter and blush is really pretty. He added to the collection Horseshoe on a lighted marker stick ($48), Lip Suede Matte Lipstick ($50) and Squeaky Clean Liquid Lip Balm ($38).
You can find the items now at Westman Atelier and Sephora. It also has a value-priced set pack here.
She actually released a Petal highlighter and balm in a limited edition 2022 holiday set a few holidays ago ( review here) but in my testing over the years I have found that sometimes there are color differences between the permanent line and the sets. Several of you asked for comparisons, so I’ve added them (they’ll be at the bottom of the post).
Blush Stick Petal Baby Cheeks + Lit Up Highlight Stick
I love it Blush Stick Baby Cheeks Petal cheek shadow. The blush is subtle but buildable. It’s a neutral pink on my skin tone and blends beautifully. For my foundation match, I wear it Vital Skin Foundation Stick to V, VI and VII depending on how tanned I am. Right now I’m on the lighter side and I’m wearing Shade V.
The new Illuminated marking stick it’s a pretty sheer warm pink. It has that shimmery quality without the harsh shine. It’s sheer, but I really like the color payoff and the sheen it gives. I don’t know that I’ll be able to wear it in the warmer months, but my skin is dry and the weather is cold and dry now, so it’s perfect for me.
Suede Petal Lip matte lipstick
THE Suede Petal Lip matte lipstick it’s a muted nude pink on me. Since I have pigmented lips, a lot of nudes and neutrals tend to look washed out on me, but this shade works as a nude lip. If your lips aren’t dark in tone, I think this will pull more pink on you. Many of you have asked me to compare Fluffy from her 2024 holiday set. Petal is more bare and muted while Fluffy is brighter and has more warmth. The Pigment of the lipstick is very opaque and offers full coverage in a single swipe. Even though it’s matte, it’s still very creamy and doesn’t look or feel dry.
Petal Squeaky Clean Liquid Lip Balm
Many of you mentioned that you already have it Petal Squeaky Clean Liquid Lip Balm from her set but also from her website. I think it was exclusive to Westman Atelier individually for a while, but now it is Sephora too. The current one has a lot more pigment than the one I have from the set but the colors look very similar. The new one is pinker and has a more noticeable blush tone while the original was very sheer.
Comparisons and samples:
Total love. The colors are easy to wear and easy to apply for a polished yet natural look. I’m happy with what I got through and I love everything. Available now at Westman Atelier and Sephora.
FYI the Holiday Lip Trio is still in stock right now and on sale here and also here!
