Hi friends! How’s the week going? It was good here. I have some appointments today and I look forward to a low -key night at home. I have finished a round of Equilibrium detox And they enjoy all the fresh and colorful foods I have eaten.
Today, I wanted to chat a little about the Buddha cups and one of my recipes for salad sauces. I do it almost weekly and I like to have it in hand.

This Buddha Bowl dress is the perfect balance of spicy, salty and slightly sweet flavors. It is simple to make, gluten -free and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Whether you are a meal preparing or making fresh bowls, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten -free choice)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon soup of maple syrup or honey
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon of tahini
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

This salty and vibrant dress is ideal for salads or a bowl of Buddha: a complex roast and raw vegetables, crisp garnishes, grains and proteins
