You have crushed the 8 -week Spring Slim Down challenge! We cannot believe how fast this challenge has passed! As the challenge ends this Sunday, May 4, maybe you are wondering what to do next or how do I not lose this momentum?
I only have the tips you need to stay on track and hit these goals! In addition, a brand new challenge, details in the end !!
1. Adjust new goals
After finishing the Spring Slim Down Challenge, take some time to think about your achievements and set new goals for yourself. Either it improves your strength by increasing your endurance, or you try a new video on the go, with clear goals will help you to remain motivated.
2. Create a routine
Creating a daily routine that includes time for exercise and healthy eating can help you stay consistent with your healthy habits. Exercise a priority by planning it in your day, as is any other appointment.
3 accounting groups
Continue with your accountability team! Just because the challenge that is over does not mean that your group checks should! Having someone or a group to keep you responsible can make a big difference in your stay.
4. Focus on diet
Remember that exercise is only a part of the equation. Attention to your diet is just as important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Focus on consuming whole, nutrients to feed your body and support your goals.
5. Celebrate your progress
Don’t forget to celebrate your achievements no matter how small they may look. Recognize the hard work and dedication you have put in during spring Slim Down Challenge and continue to celebrate your progress as you go.
