Today, I wanted to chat a little about superfoods.

You know that I am all about the practical, sustainable well -being – without extremes, no crazy restrictions. Simply just ways to support your body so you feel your best. And one of my favorite ways to do that? Superfoods.

It’s nothing fancy or mysterious. They are simply dense nutrients, whole foods filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Things like sweet potatoes, chia seeds, berries and leafy green are definitely considered superfoods.

Adding them to your routine does not need to be complicated. In today’s post, I share some recipes that you can try that are truly delicious, easy to prepare and will help you feel activated, nutritious and satisfied.

What are Superfoods?

Superfoods are real, whole foods that are naturally high in nutrients that your body loves-such as fiber, omega-3, antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. They help support your immune system, digestion, energy and skin levels.

Some of my favorites? Kale, berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweet potatoes and goji berries. You will find some of them in the recipes below! It’s easy to sprinkle with meals you already do, so you don’t have to review your entire routine.

5 Superfood recipes

Simple, tasty and full of kindness

Superfood salad

This colorful salad is loaded with fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats to keep you full and activated.

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped good, removed the nerves

½ cup mixed berries

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

½ avocado, sliced

Sauce:

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of honey

½ teaspoon of dijon mustard soup

Add a little olive oil to the straw and the massage to soften it. Then pour everything with the lemon dress. So easy, so fresh.

Superfood smoothie

This is my go-to when I want something fast, I fill and activate in the morning.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of goji berries, soaked all night or for a few hours

1 cup almond milk

1 banana

½ cup spinach

1 vanilla protein dust scoop

Instructions:

Enjoy the chia seeds in almond milk for a few minutes, then combine everything until they are smoothed. Press and enjoy!

Super food

Trunks, sweets, spicy and ideal for digestion – this is the perfect dish for spring and summer meals.

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced ​​red cabbage

1 cup sliced ​​carrots

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey

salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs: The coriander, mint and basil are wonderful in it.

Instructions:

Mix the vegetables and cannabis seeds, beat the outfit separately, then throw it all together and let it sit for a few minutes before service.

A warm, full of nutritious choice for breakfast or snack time. Of course gluten -free and full of fibers.
