“Honorable, I almost didn’t submit my story Because I was not 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Well, that’s the point, right?” Life is not going to be perfect all the time, and not us. Are during these incomplete moments that should Turn up and stick to the foundations.
I started loudly, but around the 6th week of the challenge, I had to undergo unexpected surgery, which took me to the rest of the challenge. Despite the barricades, I have stuck to the foundations of the LSF HBMP and I am now 12 pounds lighter And a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If you get something from my story, let it be: Don’t let a small hiccups destroy your entire trip! I could throw on the towel and give up, but I didn’t, and the results are beyond amazing. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see results.
“My old” would have resigned from the moment I had surgery, I thought, “screw it, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what is the point?” But I realized that LSF is not just another diet or mania – it’s really a way of life, and a preserved in it! These last 8 weeks have proven that for me and I hope everyone after my trip to Instagram. I never felt (or seemed) better and the trust I have now is invaluable.
Thank you, a LSF team, for reinforcing women as me to discover their strength, trust and joy again and knowing that even through the difficult times of life I can continue. ”

History:
“In the last three years they changed my life for me. I started a family and now I have two wonderful babies, one and a half years old and nine months. actually struggled with weight loss And it kept about 15 pounds more than I started. After my son, I just added to what I had already won, but this time I wanted to stop looking at weight loss as a one -year goal but rather forever lifestyle that could be maintained. I lost 8 pounds During this challenge and I am now Under my pre -payment weight For my son !!
But, this is not what is most important to me. Apart from before and after my photos for this challenge, I have Before and after the mentality. Before I was thinking, if I don’t get stuck in my plan, I’m a failure. I could restart tomorrow. After thinking, If I don’t get stuck in my plan it’s okay, I’m a human! I could also Find joy the moment because I’m still on my trip!
For me this challenge was not to be perfect (though hello 55 days app Workout Streak!), Was to have the Discipline to push myself and stay consistent while I have the grace to accept when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I didn’t have the energy to go all in, but I still found a way to move the moment and give everything I could. There were days when I liked an ice cream with my daughter, but I was still achieving my protein goals and did a veggie with every meal. I am so proud of what I have achieved in the last 8 weeks, but most importantly, I am proud of the context I have created to continue achieving my goals and Become the best version and model of myself for my children and my husband!‘

History:
‘SSD was a challenge to open eye For me because it was my first 8 -week challenge back to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and evaluate what was holding me behind being happy on my skin and really try with my diet. I Cut excess alcohol and try to know the calories that went in and come out! 1000% increased my activity With bonus movements, application workouts and walking every day at least one mile at work or with my dog. I stopped to make excuses And he started digging in my discipline reserve, something that has not been used for a long time.
A huge change I implemented this challenge was actually Participation in a accounting group. It was nice to see other women going through the same things that I was with programming and feeling burned, etc. but we Continue to appear for ourselves! Very inspired! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with my body moving again For 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but enhance mental knowledge and mood! Be a Full Love Sweat Fitness Believer from 2019 And you just continue to impress me with the quality and quantity of challenges to keep us motivated and to look our best. ”
