You have arrived in the last week of our summer challenge and this is something we need to celebrate! Whether you have crushed every workout or lost a few along the road, this is your time to finish loudly, feel proud and give it all.
Here is 5 tips To help you make the most of the week 6:
1. Consider your progress
Before dipping in the final push, take a minute to look back at how far you have come. You may have created a consistent training habit, improve your durability or have healthier food choices. These wins are important, celebrate them! Progress recognition enhances the motivation and reminds you why you started in the first place.
2. Draw your week
A small planning goes very far. Schedule what time you will do your workouts as if it were an appointment. Because you will not miss an appointment or meeting if you are very tired, not in the mood, etc.
Take your shopping and lunch you prepared the recipes of your hot body. Knowing exactly what you will have every day removes speculation and facilitates maintaining your goals.
3. Keep your energy
This is the week to feed your body with good things. Meals with nutrients, plenty of water and quality sleep. When your body feels the best, it is easier to promote these latest workouts and finish loudly. Bonus: Do not miss stretching or rolling foam, is the key to recovery.
