Since 2019, Sam has driven AlgaeAn application with support for the development of Wraparound businesses that connects over 90 algae farms in eleven US states and Canadian provinces. The new KELP Innovation ColabLaunched in September 2025, it connects beauty brands with KELP farmers to develop strong, ocean types that are better for humans and the planet.

Sam is based on more than 14 years of experience in building sustainable supply chains and socially responsible business models. Before Greenwave, Sam was Fleishers CEO, a pioneer of the overall retail shell and early employee of Maya Mountain Cacao, a cocoa supplier with bean.
