The 2024 American Music Awards (AMAs) once again brought together the biggest names in the music industry for a night of unforgettable performances, prestigious honors and memorable moments. This year’s ceremony, held at the iconic Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, celebrated music across all genres, honoring both established icons and rising stars.
The AMAs are known for letting the fans decide the winners, and this year, their voices were louder than ever. The night’s top honor, Artist of the Year, went to Taylor Swift, who continued to dominate the charts with her “Eras Tour” performances and album reissues. Swift also won several other awards, including favorite pop artist and favorite album for Midnights (3am edition).
In the hip-hop category, Drake walked away with the award for Favorite Male Hip-Hop Artist, cementing his legacy as one of the most influential rappers of our time. Megan Thee Stallion won Favorite Female Hip-Hop Artist, proving once again that she remains a force in the industry.
On the Latin music front, Bad Bunny continued his reign, winning Favorite Latin Artist and Favorite Latin Album for Un Verano Sin Ti, a testament to his international reach and undeniable influence.

The performances are always a highlight at the AMAs, and 2024 was no exception.
