I created this blog when I was feeling extremely lonely. We had just moved to Valdosta, I was a new military wife and had yet to meet any local friends. I never would have imagined it would become what it is today, and this little blog has allowed me to support our family while staying home with the kids (this is huge due to the pilot’s travel schedule and unpredictable hours), chatting with you everything about wellness and health. I feel like I *know* so many of you after all these years! I wake up every day excited to write and connect with all of you and I hope you know that I never take that for granted.
