Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Icon Lipsticks + New Queen Of

We are seeing so many lip launches this year and I love it! Today I’m taking a look at the new Hollywood Beauty Icon colors and some other recent releases from Charlotte Tilbury including:

KISSING Lipstick shades

NEW Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Icon lipstick

I have five new ones KISSING Lipstick shades that draw me neutral pink or pink. How the undertone looks on you will vary depending on your skin tone, skin tone and lip tone. It also launches red shades but since I rarely wear reds I passed.

The new shades are cooler than many of her other neutral shades, but to me they still fall into the neutral category. The only one that really pulls cool tones on my lips is Red Carpet Pink.

All KISSING lipsticks have a satin finish with a soft shine. It’s creamy, medium to full coverage and comfortable to wear. Lasting power is standard for her lipsticks, they stay on pretty well but don’t hold up to transfer. I like that they have a metallic pink color for the outer packaging. It makes it fun!

Baby icon it’s a neutral light pink with a bit of shimmer. The shimmer isn’t really noticeable on my lips, although it does add some dimension. This has a bit of texture in the tube which I suspect is from the shimmer, but just on the lips I can’t feel it.

Candy Chic it’s a caramel neutral-warm pink. It’s almost a Barbie-like shade but with a bit more warmth.

Pink red carpet it is a very cool pale pink creme. On me it almost pulls like a mod, I’m really surprised how bright and warm it is in stock photos and on their models, although they are a completely different color to me so I can see how it can look completely different.

90s pink it is a neutral mauve pink shade. It almost has a berry feel to it. I think it’s one of my favorites out of all of them.

Rose to Fame it’s another mauve pink rose, it’s similar to 90’s Pink, I’d say Rose to Fame pulls me in a bit more vividly.

Rocket Girl is one of two limited edition shades Charlotte Tilbury was launched inspired by Elton John. This is a muted dusty pink. She describes it as a “cool nude pink” but on my lips it’s more of a neutral warm shade, almost pulling a bit of peach on my skin.

See comparisons with many of her other neutrals below. These are the most neutral neutrals I could find in my stash. In swatch testing I was surprised to find that many of her other shades are more neutral-warm in comparison.

Samples are added below Hot Lips 2 Dance Floor Princess, Nagging + Pillow Talk Medium, Very Victorian.

I didn’t get any of the red colors although they look pretty impressive. I rarely wear red and I feel like I already have a good selection of recent releases from Bobbi Brown, Makeup By Mario and Chanel 31 Le Rouge.

Lip Cheat – new shades

NEW Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Icon Lip Cheat Icon Baby and 90s Pink

She launched out 5 new lip shades. I chose the two lighter options. Baby icon it’s described as a “warm nude rose” but to me it’s more of a peachy nude pink. He pulls me hot and you can barely see it in the tone of my lips. Iconic Nude and Pillow Talk show up much better on me.

90s pink it is a deep rose. I was hoping it would be identical to the lipstick version, but it pulls a few shades darker and more reddish. Still very pretty and goes great with the lipstick.

Queen of Fortune

Charlotte Tilbury Queen of Luck Eyeshadow Palette

I feel like it’s been so long since we’ve seen a new eyeshadow palette from Charlotte Tilbury. Queen of Fortune it has soft cool cream shimmer, duotone rose gold shimmer, warm gold glitter topper and soft warm brown matte. I think it’s beautiful. I saw it next to Celestial Lights which was limited edition. I think they are definitely similar in effect, so I don’t think you need both if you already have Celestial Lights.

You can see the Queen of Fortune in actionon this scroll here. I really like it, but I don’t think it’s absolutely necessary unless you missed Celestial Lights.

Overall a lot to love from these releases. I think there is a shade for everyone. If you’ve tried any of the reds, I’m curious to know your thoughts!

All Hollywood Beauty Icon shades are out now Charlotte Tilbury and Sephora. There are a few packages available at Charlotte Tilbury if you buy one Lipstick + Lip Liner Duo or a Lipstick Duo Pack (you can choose the shades).

Rocket Girl and Queen of Fortune are both exclusive to Charlotte Tilbury currently.

Have you checked any of these out yet?
