What is Clinique Almost Lipstick Pink Honey?
If you’re a bit of a makeup junkie, you’ve probably heard of, if not owned, Clinique Black Honey. She was one of the first viral sensations and has been out of the limelight many times.
The idea behind Clinique’s Almost Lipstick is that it’s not quite lipstick, not quite glossy. The texture is formulated to resemble a lip balm formula and has sheer color payoff and a satin finish.
Black Honey made its name with its ability to suit all skin tones while looking different on everyone. It uses a sheer pigment that glides on the lips with sheer color and a soft, emollient shine. The Black Honey shade enhances the natural tone of your lips.
Clinique Almost Lipstick Pink Honey is a new, pinker version of the original. It uses the same formula, but offers a subtle, soft pink tone.

My review
I have been a big fan of Clinique Black Honey for a long time. I was really excited to try the Pink Honey shade because I love the soft pink lip look.
Clinique Almost Lipstick Pink Honey shares the same easy-glide, easy-to-apply formula as Black Honey. It’s sheer and buildable and gives a noticeable pink tint quite quickly.
If you love a true classic pink, I think you’ll love this. I thought I would like it more than the original, but I have to say that Black Honey is still the one for me. I don’t think you can beat that! It just gives such a natural look to the lips that you can build deeper if you want, which is perfect for Autumn.
What I love about both shades is that they are so easy to apply. You don’t need to be precise or good at makeup, in fact, you don’t even need a mirror to apply it. It’s wonderful.
