Valentine’s Day is not just a moment to celebrate romantic relationships. On February 14, we honor love in all its forms, Platonic, family and self. And when it comes to self-love, I romantic myself in all ways: dressing in a red form that makes me feel good in my body, buy myself flowers, write letters of internal people, repeat confirmations and to enjoy a dinner date for one. But romance does not end there. Throughout the night, I deal with the process of self -exploration.
As with a partner, self -examination includes a piece of romance, play, sensuality and sexual pleasure. It allows me to fascinate myself in the ways I want, whether the skin with aromatic oils, slips inside (and out) a sexy piece of lingerie, or caressing myself in all my erotic zones. It is also a moment of self -discovery. I try new games of pleasure and discover which senses I like most and where. And it’s always a pleasant experience.
