My Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrating Concealer Review

I really like the doe in this concealer. The shape is brilliant and fits into all nooks and crannies very easily. It’s very flexible and quite bendy (in a good way) which makes it really soft and smooth to apply concealer on sensitive skin.

Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrating Concealer feels really light on the skin and blends really nicely. The texture is quite thin, which means it’s not the best coverage concealer, but it’s a really good medium. If you have very dark under-eye color and dark circles and want full coverage, you may need to use a separate color corrector or use a higher coverage concealer.

As for the finish, this concealer has a soft sheen to start with and as it dries, it fades but not to matte. It beautifully brightens the skin and makes it look and feel healthy and hydrated. Staying power is very good. I even tested it on a sweaty Peloton ride and it performed very well.

Color wise I think 150N suits my skin very well and if I want a brighter under eye look I could use 140N. I find that this concealer gets a little darker as it sits on the skin, but just a touch.

I really like to blend it with fingers and you can pat it into the skin very easily. Alternatively, a small fluffy brush gives a cleaner finish.

I think the Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrating Concealer is very suitable for more mature skin types. I found the Pro Filtr concealer (reviewed here) a bit drying and too matte for my under eye area. This definitely suits me better.
