Friday Faves 12.22

Hello friends! Have a nice holly jolly weekend to you. What are you up to? We bake cookies, clean and finish the last bits of the holiday. Also, I have something fun lined up for January. I’ll have it here on the blog next week.

We had a loss in our family this week, so Christmas will look a little different from our usual routine. I’m definitely looking forward to going to mass with the family, spending time together, and watching the kids open their presents. I may share more later, but my heart is hurting right now.

Friday Faves 12.22

A recap of the week + some favorites:

A trip to the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale. This has become an annual tradition and is something we all look forward to. They turn the resort into a winter wonderland, with tons of holiday lights, Santa, ice skating, more pits and rides. The kids always have a blast. This year, we went with a group of friends and it was even more fun!

Some photos from the trip:

We closed it too The Nutcracker in Phoenix through Ballet Arizona. The production quality was incredible, the costumes were amazing and the rats were out there doing THE MOST. We all loved it.

New Year’s planning:

Erin Condren designer. This is the planner I’ve used for years and it’s helped me *mostly* keep my life together. I’ve always preferred paper planners over digital and I love the layout of this one. My referral Link you get a discount too!

We do another round of detox from January 8. If you know you’re in, you can order your kit here and use FITNESSISTA10 for a 10% discount. I have done the 7 day version and the 21 day version. This time, I’m going for a 14-day detox. After you order, send me an email to add you to the detox list for daily emails. (gina@fitnessista.com subject: Detox)

Read, watch, listen:

Has anyone seen it? Wonka? Let’s go next week!

look forward to Music teacher on Netflix tonight.

Check out this week’s podcast episode here!

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Organifi Easy Greens! I was so excited when they released a green juice for kids and immediately ordered it for the girls. P tried it this morning – Liv was still sleeping – and said it was “fresh and good” and much better than the adult version lol. (I happen to love the taste of the adult version, and he still sneaks sips here and there.) It’s a great way to add extra nutrients, fiber, and probiotics to their diet. You can see here and this link automatically applies my code FITNESSISTA for 20% off.

I just ate a shilajit gum and it was delicious. I will definitely come back after trying it for a few weeks.

I hope you have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xo
