From the executive assistant to the holistic heart businessman: Katja frommelt The story of

Before joining the Formula Botanica in 2022, Katja Frommelt worked as an executive assistant in the world’s high pressure and innovation world. Her life was a constant fuss, which left her small room for self-care or creativity. But everything changed in 2019 when the issues caused by stress forced her to stop and re -examine her life.

Due to her skin allergies, Katja began reading labels on skin care products and slowly, this has caused a passion for natural skin care and holistic beauty. Katja began to do her own DIY products and be trained as a fragrance before deciding that she needed vocational training. And then he found Formula Botanica.

Encouraged by a friend, Katja has joined the International Entrepreneurs Program for the Skin, calling one of the best decisions she has ever made. He has really appreciated knowledge and community in Formula Botanica – something, he says, “you just can’t get from books”.

“I liked how clear the lessons were, with graphics and videos that made learning feel so affordable,” Katja’s shares.

Katja soon realized that she didn’t have to stay where she was for the next five years if she didn’t want – she could rewrite her story. After all, she now had the technical skills and knowledge to change her life. And the products that were shaped were better than anything he saw on the shelves. So he decided to become an entrepreneur of skin care and help others on the journey of their skin and soul.

After graduating in 2023, Katja started holistic natural cosmetics from Katjafrommelt.li – a holistic brand of skin roots in tranquility, kindness and conscious configuration. More than a brand is a place where people feel cared for, both inside and out.

What started as a personal journey to heal her skin has evolved into a collection of over 25 edited products. Inspired by the calm beauty of her homeland (Liechtenstein, in the heart of the Alps), Katja inspires every formula with the power of nature and the principles of aromatherapy. Between the brand’s bestsellers is the Calendula balm and Triple body butter bBoth are designed to soothe, support and climb.

Since the launch, Katja has seen her business grow steadily, tripling her revenue in just three years. Initially, Katja has worked part -time in funding during her brand and since March 2025 she is now working full time in her business.

Its products are available online and in three small retail stores and explores opportunities for emerging opportunities to meet more face -to -face customers, something she loves for the operation of her own business (along with positive reviews!).

But for Katja, the biggest transformation was personal. As soon as shy and introverted, she now appears for her brand – and herself – with confidence and clarity.

“The main difference now is that I am myself. I do not need to pretend. I can live a life that is creative, calm and completely aligned with who I am.”

Her tips on aspiring skin care businessmen? “Listen to your gut. Get to know why. And trust that, you, you can change your life.”
