You show up at the restaurant, feeling cute AF, and then you see the menu. All of these include some form of rice, corn, bread – all the things you’ve worked hard to cut out in favor of healthy grains and vegetables! WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT! You start to panic. Do not worry. How to eat out at restaurants without derailing your goals

I’ve been there a million times. It’s so hard to navigate a social life and choose the right meal at restaurants when you’re trying to be healthy.

Do not panic!

The first thing you need to hear is this: Guilt/Anxiety is not. the way. we. win. Because that’s not life at its best than eating processed junk and watching TV all day. Life is meant to be enjoyed! #LiveGuiltless

So before you do anything else, take a deep breath. Remember that ANY meal (no matter how many fries) can completely undo your progress! You make healthy choices to feel better, not to be skinny. So choose food that helps you do that, even in restaurants.

Eat out without freaking out

Don’t worry – there are easy things you can do to make eating out painless! But I know it’s still hard.

Ryan and I recently challenged each other to eat at popular chain restaurants for an entire day! We even made a vlog about it. It was really hard, but it IS possible to make healthier choices, no matter what type of restaurants you have access to.
