It’s the most wonderful time of the year! But with all the fun holiday festivities comes a little chaos that can leave you feeling overwhelmed and struggling to stay on track with your goals.

Don’t worry – I’ve got you covered! I’m going to make it easy for you to not only avoid gaining weight this holiday season, but also help you see results by Christmas!

Whether you’re at home or on a jet set to visit family, here are some quick and effective tips to help you stay active and focused on your goals.

Embrace Quickies:

During the holidays, timing is EVERYTHING and nothing can save you more time than a quick High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I love that it only takes 15-20 minutes and I have tons of them in the MOVE app for you to try!

These workouts burn calories and keep your metabolism elevated, even after you’re done exercising. Plus, since you usually don’t need any equipment, you can do them at home or in a small corner of your hotel room if you’re on the go.

Move together:

It may seem difficult to squeeze in even 15 minutes when you’re spending time with family and friends, but you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.

Try planning a family hike, an afternoon of ice skating, or something else that gets you all moving!

Maybe it’s not your full workout, but at least you’re staying active and having fun together!

YOU Time:

During the holidays, our schedules can get pretty chaotic and leave you feeling like you have no time in your day for you!

Set a point to schedule your workouts and self-care each day. Even if it’s 20 minutes, you need that time for your mental and physical health now more than ever!

Block out time in your calendar and treat it like an appointment. If it’s important to you, you’ll find the time and trust me, you’ll thank yourself in January.

Sweet Swaps:

You don’t have to sacrifice your favorite holiday treats to see results, but you do need to make a few tweaks.

Swap sugary treats for healthier, feel-good alternatives!
