How to feel good while enjoying yourself

Here are some easy ways to help you feel good throughout the season, even when you’re enjoying yourself.

  1. A strong foundation: Maintain balance in your daily meals and keep your foundation strong. If you know you’ll have a treat later in the day, make sure your other meals are nutrient-dense. Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains to provide your body with the fuel and nutrients it needs. I like to stick to the Warm Body Meal Plan as my base so I can feel good about the treats on top.

  2. Hydration habits: Follow my 1 to 1 rule. 1 glass of water for every 1 drink of ANYTHING else. Hydration not only supports digestion but can also help curb unnecessary snacking. Try adding Wing Woman or Pep Rally to your water for immune boosting and energy benefits during this crazy season!

  3. MOVEMENT: When all else fails, just MOVE. Whether it’s an after-meal walk or one of our many workout videos on my MOVE app, finding ways to stay active while enjoying treats can help you feel good from the inside out!
