How to use it
The Neutralizer pencil is designed to be applied directly from the pencil under the eyes, the inner corner of the eyes and all dark areas. You simply tap the skin with your fingers. If needed, you can apply concealer on top.

How to choose the right shade of The Neutralizer pencil
Bobbi says that when choosing your shade of neutralizer, remember that it’s not meant to match your skin tone when applied.
First you need to determine your skin tone – whether it’s light, fair, medium or dark/deep. Next, you need to determine the color of your discoloration from blue/purple/red or green/grey/brown.
Choose a pink shade – blue/purple/red discoloration
Choose a peach shade – green/grey/brown discoloration
I personally think the shade Fair Peach works really well on my undereyes and also on any hyperpigmentation.
My review of Jones Road The Neutralizer Pencil
I first tried it on a zoom with Bobbi before they were released. The first shade I was sent was Fair Peach and this is a very good shade for me. I only need the tiniest bit in the inner corner of my eyes and above my dark spots to really even out my complexion.
It has a lovely creamy texture that transfers onto the skin effortlessly straight from the pencil and then a few swipes blend it into the skin seamlessly. I think this can actually be enough on no-makeup days as it’s not too different from my natural skin tone and for a more flawless finish, each layer of concealer goes on easily and you only need a small amount.
