Hello friends! How are you; How was the weekend? Ours was great. Meg’s baby shower was great – can’t wait to meet my new nephew soon!- and we got together with some friends. We have also started planning and preparing as our upper floors are being replaced. We basically have to move everything down. We feel like we’re moving on again, but it will be SO worth it when it’s over.
For today’s post, I wanted to share some of my favorite things Voori. Vuori has skyrocketed to become one of my favorite sports and athelsire brands over the past couple of years. I find their prices are better than some other places, but the quality and fabrics are SO good. Also, I tend to like their color choices better! I just wanted to share the good stuff if you’re looking for new workout clothes as a boost of workout-motivated mojo. 😉
Latest Favorite Vuori Finds
I love these so much, I have four pairs in the closet. The most recent additions to the collection are Sawyer and a light mauve gray (which I think is maybe a little too light.
Why I like these:
They’re a bit cropped so they’re not baggy around my ankles. They also have a cute drawstring, are not noticeable and have stood the test of time. I’ve had my black pair for three years and they still look brand new. They are also cheaper than Aligns but sturdier fabric.
Halo Performance Hoodie and Jogger
This has become one of my go-to outfits for road trips and pageant day prom outfits. Super comfortable, but still looks a bit put together. They have so many amazing sets in so many colors. If you haven’t tried anything from Vuori yet, definitely start with the joggers. They have a cult following for a reason.
I have a few of them and they’re great with leggings, hoodies and super lightweight, making them perfect for almost any workout. I also like the longer length, with a flattering, more fitted cut.
I have mixed feelings about this. I love the color and cut, but don’t feel like it’s too flattering on me. Liv wore it to a dance once a day and it looks really cute on her, so I’m thinking maybe more flattering on a longer torso.
Yosemite bra
I have enough colors in it, and that’s it perfect bra *everything*. I wear it to hot yoga, strength training, barre, Pilates. It just doesn’t offer a lot of support, so I’m not sure how it would fare for higher impact activities for larger cup sizes.
I love a jumpsuit moment. It’s a unique garment and this is the same dreamy Halo fabric that I love.
Bring back the Half Zip Hoodie
This is perfect half-zip sweatshirt. It’s a thicker fleece fabric to keep you warm and available in a few neutral colors. I baked Christmas cookies in mine and regret the butter stains on the front :/
More Favorites Without Image:
– Energy local! I wear gray all the time
– Jogger friends (wearing mine while writing this post!)
– This Halo crewmeck for layering
– These shorts – not too short and fits well
– The BEST “mom” swimsuit. SO flattering, cute and the fabric is sporty. True to size.
Here are some of the things on my list right now:
So tell me, friends: where is the #1 place to buy sportswear right now? I would say Vuori is my top one Beyond Yoga in a close second place.
Have an amazing day and I’ll see you tomorrow with a Spenga class review. If you have any questions I can answer in my post, let me know!
