I’m not entirely sure it was worth doing the lip swatches because they all look so similar, but I did anyway!
My Milk Makeup Kush Lip Oil Review
I knew I’d like these lip oils from Milk because I love their lip products and I’m already a huge fan of the Milk Makeup Odyssey Lip Oil Gloss – check out swatches via this link.
This is a cleaner, purer formula, much less about color and much more about comfort and shine. As you’ll notice from the lip swatches, the difference in color between the shades is minimal, so you may want to make your choice based on taste rather than color.
I found that I liked all the flavors and none of them were overpowering. It’s just the right level of flavor I think. The Green Dragon is lovely and minty and the Chocolate Cake is gently sweet. I think these two could be my favorites.
The big doe picks up a generous amount of product so it’s really quick and easy to apply.
The texture is extremely comfortable and instantly soothing on the lips. Each shade gives the lips a brilliant shine, however, I don’t find it as long-lasting as the Odyssey Gloss, which I think is more impressive in terms of staying power.
Overall, I think this is a super fun launch and if you like clean glossy lips with the softest color note, these will definitely tick the boxes. If you want something with more color that lasts a bit longer on the lips, I’d go for the Odyssey Gloss. The shadow Business trip* it is my favourite.
