Alison’s Story:
“I’ve always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took out my past pictures, I teared up looking at them. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my body and I knew it was time to get serious and buckle up.
I knew I couldn’t make any more excuses, I had to change for myself and my future health. So I followed the Move App workouts, completing each one. I joined an accountability group of SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas. I stayed committed to following the 7 day Slim down & HBMP and followed a 40 day sugar fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many of the encouraging women in the LSF community kept me going! Meal plans helped take the planning and work out of it. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I get physically stronger, I gained confidence! I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and moving my body, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have ridiculous amounts of energy (I wake up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to getting me back.”

Natalie’s History:
“I gained 35+ pounds in my late thirties and hated every little thing about my body. It was extremely difficult for me to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change. I was tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired of not leaving the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day, that’s why I decided to join the Spring Slim Down Challenge.
In just 6 weeks I gained a confidence I didn’t know I had, found a new happiness in getting up early in the morning, gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, gained a new relationship with food and learned how to nourish my body , I gained a community of so much support, love, and encouragement, not to mention I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!
For me this is just the beginning! I am committed to being my best self yet and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank for that. I am so grateful and feel so proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more! Good things come to those who sweat!’

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to hold myself accountable for committing to working out with app move every day and closely following her HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and these women have been incredible in motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I could have stayed as consistent without them! This challenge got me into the habit of working out and eating right consistently.”
PINK HEART ACCEPTOR
Our Pink Heart Award is given to a member of it #teamLSF community who not only stayed committed to her own fitness journey, but was also extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf babies! In each challenge we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
Selena – He lost 11 kg
“I’ve lost 17kg since starting the Feel Good 14 challenge, (11 of which I’ve lost since starting SSD).
I stayed on a meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are handling ourselves better nutritionally.
While all of that is incredible, this challenge was much less about hitting my weight loss goals and more about cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on in every previous challenge.
My reason is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or don’t get encouragement from the people in their lives and maybe even have their dreams crushed.”

Lost: 5 kg
“I’ve decided to make a change/adjustment, if you will, in regards to setting up my training hours and sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to make my healthy food at home and pack my workout clothes to change into after work. Going straight to the gym instead of home has helped me get my workout in earlier which makes me eat earlier and then finish with my sleep in the last two weeks and I’ve noticed a difference in my body I can see that my body it is sculpted, seized, slimmed down!’

Lost: 11 pounds
“I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health, but more importantly my mental health and in turn that helped my physical health even more. This challenge was the first time I used meal plans and It was great to have a quick, simple and effective plan laid out in front of me (just like the Move app for my workouts) so I wasn’t always thinking about what to make for meals, I even found some new favorite foods ( salmon and Greek yogurt) which before HBMP I didn’t realize I liked so much.
There will always be challenges, but I’ve taken it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I’m so thankful for the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. I love that about these challenges – we do it together!
The biggest win from SSD I would say is that I FINALLY got into an exercise and protein rhythm in the morning. I’ve been trying to get this to work for ages and it really stuck this time! Yes! I showed up every day and made small changes that added up and I’m proud of my hard work and results.”

“I have participated in many of your challenges and I feel like this is the one that has changed me the most. I did the hot body meal program this time and I feel like I was able to change my idea of healthy eating and Here are some real healthy habits for myself my, I managed to lose 6.5 to now 8 kilos, and since using this app, I’ve lost 23 kilos!”
