Shannon Smith (@Shannon.LSF)
Total pounds lost: 4
Shannon’s story:
“I lost an inch and a half in my belly and 2.5 inches just above my hips!
I am so proud of the work I did in this challenge, because I have never been so consistent. This challenge meant more to me, because I decided Prioritize my health to everything else.
That meant that I Started the drug of thyroid for the first time, He really supported myself to the doctor, got super consistent with training and conquered the 80/20 lifestyle I always wanted. While the scale did not show all my progress, I was Surprised to see how fast I threw inches from my waist.
I also noticeGA The wave of trust returns to my lifeAnd it helped me feel happier in the world. I I started dressing up with clothes that I like best and highlight the parts of my body that I have been hiding for so long. I also got stronger (I returned to my 15 -pound dumbbells!) And I even want to try the bar in the gym.
I did all this from home, on the beach, and with my puppay. I’m still strong, even though I’m back to school (I’m a teacher) it’s exhaustive. I learn how important is to take care of myself first (through diet, workouts, rest, etc.) so that I can appear better everywhere. I liked HBMP, because it allowed me to eat things I liked and be flexible when I needed. Now I’m going back through it.
And above all, I I enjoyed my accounting team because they were the girls who understood more than anyone else in my life what I was going through! I felt so amazing to win the award of week 3, because I felt like I was seeing all my hard work! Thank you for this stunning community and I am so excited that I continue to build these habits. ”

Total pounds lost: 2.8
Dara History:
“This challenge was special for me! Noted my One year anniversary of consistent daily movement and focuses on diet. Many milestones, including my 400 days and several PR throughout the summer fitness evaluation.
There were days when I didn’t feel my body moving and encountered pizza and cinnamon cravings, but then I remembered why I do this: To be a strong woman who does not avoid the possibility of more.
Be So proud of progress in these 6 short weeks. While I didn’t lose a lot of pounds, I feel that I am starting to win muscle and see the definition.
I am very grateful for the LSF community and he was the winner of week 5 – which was so pleasant surprise! As always, thanks for another fantastic challenge! ”
Cambria (@motivated_Mama_LSF)
Total pounds lost: 5.4
Cambria’s History:
“The trip this time was a longer -term target not only a challenge to challenge focus. January 2025, I started with Target of loss of 20kg With the main “because” to take care of myself. Since my 2025 goals Planner: “My most important thing I want to complete this year is to lose 20 pounds so I can work better and have a better mental state” This challenge has helped me leave these last pounds and I have achieved my goal of losing 20 pounds this year.
But is that? Absolutely not. 2025 will continue to be the year of change. I am in the early 1940s and I am experiencing the high and low passage of adoption. I’m tired of being tired and idiosyncratic. The focus on mental health, physical well -being and development in my relationship with Jesus will continue to be central for every day.
I feel better than I have for a while. I have more energy, less moody (most of the time?) And Be Listening to the congratulations my husband gives me. It is always encouraging but When you are not feeling well for yourself, it is difficult to receive congratulations as they were intended. I’M excited to see how God will continue to work on these remaining 4 months of 2025 and I look forward to Continuing to appear with LSF to improve my health. ”
