Share the best mocktails to enjoy this spring!
Hello friends! How’s the week go so far? I hope you had a beautiful breakfast. I have some zoom calls today and work in the next FIT team planning. Come with us here!
While most of us are still facing the cold of frozen winter weather, I dreamed of the warmest weather and the spring/summer barbecue and the pool parties. Today, I want to invite you to join my daydreaming as I share some refreshing and delicious mockery recipes to drink this spring.
Mocktail is a delicious and delicious drink, minus alcohol. Whether you wait or just limit your own, mocktails are a fun way to change rotation. And while I am not completely abstaining from alcohol, I have noticed a huge difference in energy levels, productivity, mood and skin since I cut the maximum 1-2 drinks a week. You can read more about my trip here!
I also love the order of beautiful colors that often come in, as well as the fresh ingredients that come into them. You can easily change the taste profiles, depending on what you have at your disposal, and experiment with different ingredients to create a Mocktail spring recipe that fully floats your boat. You can use seasonal fruits to flavor your mockery and add touches of flavor with simple ingredients such as lemon juice and lime juice. Really, what not to love?
I share a collection of some of my favorites! All of this is very easy to combine and are so delicious.
