The best cocktail of st. patrick's day

Hi friends! I hope your morning is going well. I have a long post tomorrow to create a healthy food relationship, but today, I wanted to reuse this Oldie but goodie in honor of the upcoming holiday “All green”.

Not only is this the best cocktail of St. Patrick’s Day, it’s the best cocktail for anytime, really.

There is not too much “Irish” for me. There is a little bit on my grandmother’s side, the fact that I used the Irish dance dance (I had a moderate slip jig), and I got married to an Irishman. He introduced me to great things for his family’s culture – they really have a bar in Ireland that we would like to visit someday! – including this cocktail. It has a rich sweetness in it, a little bit away as it is very rich and is perfectly perfect for the upcoming holiday.

We had some very unforgettable days of St. Patrick, such as when we visited the savannah and the power came out throughout the city. (I was convinced that they were foreigners or an attack of some kind).

My version is with almond milk and the pilot is with heavy cream or normal milk:

[One of these things is not like the others. Also, these are older pics but my go-to almond milk right now is the Malk brand]

As you know, I tend to stay away from dairy products for health/skin/autoimmune reasons. I don’t stay away from Bailey’s Irish cream for any reason Aaaaaand now make a version without dairy products that are very good 😉 I have also added some dairy successfully after treatment of my bowel!

Here is the recipe for my favorite cocktail, which I have named “The Lucky Irish Girl”. Although I am mostly Irish from the Union, St. Paddy’s is one of my favorite holidays. I hope you enjoy this drink as much as we do!

Critique

This is the best cocktail of St. Patrick’s Day!

  • -1 oz baileys
  • -1/2 oz kahlua
  • -1/2 oz frangelico
  • -2 ounces of choice milk (heavy cream, coconut or almond milk)
  • -Spinach or green food coloring (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a little ice.
  2. Pull it!
  3. Stem, throw bottom up.

Notes

  • If you use spinach to paint your drink, combine it with the drink.

Add BaileysAdd Baileys

Shake it

Pour

Mix mine with a little spinach for a more festive green cocktail, which unfortunately does not magically turn it into a healthy elixir (bonus vitamins! Haha). It makes it beautiful, though you can also use natural green food coloring.

For the holidays, you can also make a love of warm Irish coffee with Irish whiskey, or a Guinness plan with Bailey’s – always a classic. Green beer is always a family -friendly favorite.

Cheers!

What is your favorite Mocktail or cocktail recipe? This is my favorite of all time, and I also like a good Sangria and these Mocktail Spring recipes.

Any adventures of St. Patrick’s Day to share?
