Curious about what has changed on the updated site? We listened to our spa partners and incorporated much of your comments to create an experience that is easier to navigate and more modern in design and functionality. Some of the changes you will see include:

You will find more video and image content to help you stay up -to -date and inspired by our products, collections and new launches.

Results and benefits

We have moved the part of our results and benefits in front and center to our product description pages so you can easily determine the best products for each customer. Whether they are targeting a specific issue or looking for clinically supported claims, product pages offer clear and summary information.

New control panel and benefits for Spa Partner

The new Spa Partner Control Panel offers one-stop access to real-time ideas, such as:

  • Devotion Status updates: A snapshot of the status of the Felyment program (ELP), including current grade and purchases on an annual basis.
  • Market Insights: A summary of your top 10 most purchased items.
  • Message Center: A quick picture of recent messages about you, including news, offers, events and more.
  • Online retail credits: A summary of the credits created through electronic retail services and a feature for easy copying and sharing your subsidiaries.
  • Contact details: Member of the Eminence Memel Semel team and phone details to make it easy for you to arrive with us.
  • Trees planted on behalf of your spa: A current agreement of the trees planted through our forests for the Future ™ initiative as a result of your spa purchases.
  • Business Building Rewards (BBRS): A BBR summary that is eligible for redemption, your redemption schedule, and a link to place your order and add BBRs directly to your cart.
  • Education Center: A department dedicated to education, with links with recent articles, learning and development opportunities as well as upcoming traditional events and events.

Improved Quick Order tool

This tool will help you place orders faster and more efficiently through an improved order experience. Here is what you will find when you visit this page:

  • Benefits Reminders: Update when you are eligible for benefits such as half -price testers.
  • Product Pictures: Browse images of all products in each size for an optimized order experience.
  • Effective search and filters: Find what you need faster with improved product filtering.
  • Order independently or with help: You have two options: (1) Create your order and press “Submit” – Your order will pass to our Fulfillment Team to send your order or (2) Create your order and then easily contact your sales dealer to check the order and suggest any changes – e.g. To maximize your samples, testers and advertising materials. With each option, pay by credit card or bank transfer and apply any applicable account credit.
  • Multi -users Access: The ability to have multiple approved staff, such as your SPA administrator or buyer, connect, place orders and access basic resources, such as dedication benefits and image assets.
