Vbr Faves: Fitness Edition

Hello, fitness enthusiasts, health warriors and seekers of positive lifestyle changes! Today, I’m excited to eat my favorite stack of fitness treasures that have helped boost my exercise routine, especially when I’ve been a bit off mission due to a recent surgery (I’m healed and healthy, btw!) – so these are great for all socials layers!

Gym goodies I recommend 10/10

Cubii 2-in-1 Compact Elliptical

When I first saw it Cubii 2-in-1 Compact Elliptical, I was skeptical. It seemed unassuming and maybe too cold for training, but I had just had surgery and needed to stay active, so I gave the Cubii a spin. This mini elliptical it really makes me sweat and I love that the built-in LCD display shows steps, distance and calories burned so I can set and reach daily goals. It’s compact and has adjustable resistance levels, and my kids (they’re 8 & 10) are constantly trying to outdo each other (it’s so cute!). And if you’re craving some extra motivation (besides kid competition, ha), you can pair it with the Cubii app for even more challenges and a chance to compete with other Cubii peeps.

Vessi Vegan & Waterproof Kicks

Vegetables

Bessie The shoes are a game changer in the footwear world, especially in a rainy city like Portlandia. These vegan shoes offer a unique combination of style, comfort and 100% waterproof performance that is hard to beat. Vessi shoes have a sleek design, comfortable fit, and the Every Classic pair (the ones I love) hug the feet like a second skin for more seamless, supportive movement. Just slide on, stay still and stay dry.

Sheec SoleHugger Active X Socks

sheec solehugger active-X socks

Oh, I love a good pair of socks that stay flat and don’t show. Sheec SoleHugger Active X Socks they’re my go-to gym shoes because they don’t slip or slide, they’re snug, comfortable, breathable, and wick away moisture to keep my feet cool and dry. They come in a variety of colors and cuts (low, medium and high) and feel great on the feet. I highly recommend checking out the entire line of no-show, non-slip socks for all types of shoes, including sneaks, flats, heels, sandals, loafers and booties – errrthang!

Vegums Multivitamin Gummy

Vegetables

Nutrition and fitness obviously go hand in hand, so I have to show off my current gummy vitamins! In a world where vitamins are often associated with bitter pills and unpleasant aftertastes, Vegetables Gummy Multivitamins are emerging as a delightful and tasty alternative. These little gummies are a game changer for those looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to get their daily dose of essential nutrients.

They are made from carefully selected vegan ingredients and offer a comprehensive blend of nutrients to support your overall well-being, including the coveted D3 and B12.

The multis I get are strawberry flavored and double as an after dinner treat to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I’m going to start integrating my fitness and wellness posts into the blog as it’s a huge part of my daily life. If there is anything specific you would like me to cover, @ me on socials or drop me a line at Sunny@veganbeautyreview.com. With much love to you all! xx

This is a sponsored post with Responsival. The opinions are 100% my own and I only share products that I truly love.
