For the holidays, Victoria Beckham Beauty launched a limited edition set called VB’s Finishing Touch Collection ($150) with 5 full size items in a purse roll. I’ve really loved a lot of what I’ve tried from her beauty line! This holiday set had products and colors that I haven’t tried yet, so I was very excited to order it.
Inside we have:
- Posh Gloss in Martini (new sparkling champagne)
- Satin Kajal Liner in Olive
- EyeWear Shadow Stick in Oyster
- Reflect Highlighter in Pearl
- Double sided compact mirror
Right now you can find it Satin Kajal, EyeWear and Reflect Highlighter separately. Gloss and mirror are currently exclusive to the set.
The new Posh Gloss in Martini is very clean. It’s described as a sparkling champagne and I love the smooth texture and glossy finish, but on my lips it’s almost sheer. If you want something that looks better I would recommend it Fenty Champ Stamp Fantasy the Anastasia Beverly Hills Peachy.
I really liked it Satin Kajal lining (I always wear black) and her EyeWear but I hadn’t tried the Olive liner or the Oyster shade. Both are very pretty shades, I think they would be great. I rarely wear green, but the olive in the lining is very pretty and the color is dark.
You girls know that highlighter sticks are usually crap for me because I really can’t keep that dewy cheek on my skin. I find most of them too cool, too sticky and too emollient but this one Reflect Highlighter by Victoria Beckham Beauty is the best I’ve tried. It’s cool and adds shine, but dries down slightly so it doesn’t feel too sticky on the skin. I am ordering the other shade immediately.
I recently tried her new one too Vast Lash Mascara. I ordered this from her website and I think it’s a really nice piping formula. I still prefer it Tarte Tartlette Tubing Mascara for curl hold but VBB’s is really good.
We are currently traveling to Miami and I brought quite a few VBB products with me! I wanted to share what I picked up from her line (I brought a lot more from other brands, I’ll try to do a packaging collection when we get home). I love her Lid shine in Honey and Posh Gloss in the bungalow. Also love her Contour Stick.
Overall I really like it Final Touch Holiday Set. I don’t think the gloss is necessary because it’s SO sheer, so I won’t call it a must-have set. That said I like the other items in it, I think I’ll get a lot of use out of everything.
