Hi friends! I hope you have an amazing morning. If you feel a little blah and looking for an explosion of incentives, I hope you join us for this year Wellness for Spring forward. All the details are below!

I have run gymnastics and wellness challenges on my blog from the beginning and every year they evolve into something different and better than the previous year. This is 100% thanks to all of you: your support and your common motives, check-in and awesome comments keep this thing. You help each other along the ways for your goals, and as a margin cheerleader, it is enthusiastic and inspired to see.

What is the challenge of wellness of spring?

What to expect:

We look and roll on Monday, April 21.

When you register, everything is delivered to your inbox: 2 weeks of training + video lessons, weekly designs and guidelines for the structure of your week, the recipe package and a full two -week meal plan for healthy eating. You can start with us on April 21, or if you are ready to go for it now, start whenever you want!

Your goal is to complete 10 workouts in 14 days, get the wellness tidbits I share every day in your inbox and see what works for your life. My goal is to feel activated and amazing – to go on ongoing and improving.

How to set yourself up for success:

Gather your supplies.

You will need the following tools for a successful challenge:

1) A notebook or tracking tool (app) on your phone.

I like to kick it old school and write my workout and life in a notebook. Find the one that works best for you and practice this week by writing your meals, workouts, water intake and how you feel every day. If you are planning to keep track of your macros, download my Fitness Pal or timer.

2) dumbbells.

The workouts are going to be dumbbells and body weight only, which means you can do it anywhere at any time. For beginners, I suggest 3-5 lb weights to start, in between 8-15 lbs and advanced 15 lbs +.

Find a difficult weight for you and consider investing in a light and heavy whole. You will use your light for your smaller muscle groups (such as Triceps) and heavy for larger muscle groups (ex: back and legs).

3) a large bottle of water.

This will be your support for the challenge (and let’s be real, it gets toast there. It must be hydrated!). Find one you like and get ready to carry it with you everywhere!

4) Good sneakers.

If your shoes are on their (literal) last leg, it’s time for a new couple. Make sure you have comfortable, functional sneakers that suit you well. My sneakers are vivobarefoot.

5) A training friend.

6) Start taking your motivation Mojo goes.

Adjust your intentions or create an inspiration council. If you prefer to write them all, take a few minutes to the magazine about how you want to feel when the challenge is over. Why do you want to change your routine? What doesn’t work now? What do you want to feel in two weeks? What do you want to complete? Start pumping yourself for success!

A friendly reminder that this challenge is about weight loss. This is about returning to a routine, taking your current routine to the next level, creating healthy habits and feeling amazing. If weight loss, muscle building or fat loss are part of your goal, I will absolutely support you!
